By help of a coil disposed in a distance of the product,
 a metal structure in the plastic material part is heated
up in split seconds without contact.
The efficiency is precisely programable.

EXAMPLE- Between box and cover an electrical conductive means (screen) is placed in, which serves as resistance for the alternating stress.
It brings the plastic material to the necessary melting temperature.
At a good exposition of the joining zone the melting formation takes place mostly without conclusion of the oxygen resulting in a high welding factor.

We are located in the centre of Germany and can easily be reached via the highway.
Developments and construction of our machines characterize our products.
Technique of joining for different materials and as per miscellaneous procedures.

Plastic - friction welding technique as per an improved procedure: Circular friction melting.

The circular technology was our basis and developed in 1992, in order to get a better geometric- kinematic friction oscillation. Especially for in 2D drift away welding outline/contour at precious parts. Up to this time the common linear vibration for many joining-tasks is too rough, it is more suitable for surfaces.
The foundation of FKS in 1994 with a labor was in the dwelling-house of the developer.
In 1997 a removal in new working rooms. Our customers are the car-industry, white- and brown articles and the drive-technology.  The development is also suitable for other materials.
Special further development took place with interested institutions and companies. The production is partly done by ourselves, preponderant by giving away to ancillary industries.

The assembly, installation and placing into service with process optimization takes always place in our work. In 2003 we redoubled our company’s block of building for the production, the office, assembly, warehouse and development. In 2004 we registered another patent. It was the oscillation welding head for circular friction welding. In 2005 we developed a wood-linear/circular friction welding press with 75 kN welding force. For the gas tightness connection of plastic parts for the car industry we received in 2006 an “Innovation prize”.
In 2008 we registered another new patent: a portable welding module for hand- and robot piloting, which is world wide unique in size and weight, having highest efficiency tightness.
We can show and increased customer-cadre in different branches.
