According to is own information, Fischer Kunststoff Schweißtechnik GmbH is now in a position to shorten the process duration for precision friction melting with circular vibration. Due to a new round cycle system, it is said to be possible to exactly revolution in such a way that the position of the work pieces is always approximately identical. In this respect, the non-productive times are decreased to the cycle duration of the table – about one the division. The tight tolerance permits the reproduction of the operation and thus series production. In standard utilisation, a 180° swivelling table which releases one finished workpiece per operation and repositions a blank in the joining station is sufficient for this purpose.

During the operation, the loading and the unloading take place in the loading station and can be carried out manually or automatically.

Moreover, the machine controller offers additional auxiliary functions and a freely adjustable interface. The system can also be utilised for other joining processes, e.g. turbo rotational welding or induction joining.
